Mobile Loyalty

Loyalty systems can be expensive and complicated to implement.  They normally involve changes to all systems to incorporate user identification reading devices, reward logging and reward redemption.

The Eagle Eye Solutions Mobile Loyalty product removes the need for extensive system changes or upgrades and allows the implementation of loyalty schemes efficiently and cost effectively.

Utilising the Existing Chip and Pin Infrastructure
Using existing Chip and Pin infrastructures without the need for user identification physical tokens (ie no loyalty card) retailers can implement a Mobile Loyalty scheme quickly and cheaply.

Each individual who joins the scheme receives a unique user number via their mobile phone.
When purchasing products in-store (or online) the customer enters their unique number into the Chip and Pin device (or website) to collect and redeem rewards.

Customer Interaction
The customer can interact with the loyalty scheme at any point.
New points totals can be sent to the phone after each transaction.
Users can check their balance at any time using their phone.
Users can request vouchers and coupons to be sent to their phone
Additional sponsored points redemption offers and voucher offers can be sent to the mobile phone.

Know your customer
Customer data (including contents of baskets used in transactions) is logged against a phone number so that detailed data mining can be undertaken.
This results in a better understanding of customers and their shopping habits; information which can be used for targeted and effective future marketing campaigns.

Ease of use
Loyalty transactions are logged centrally so there are no issues with either storing points locally, daily updates or ‘home store’ loyalty points.
