Mobile Marketing

Mobile marketing is finally coming of age. Not only can information be sent to or received from clients and customers via text message - customers can now be targeted with unique vouchers that can either be 'pushed' or 'pulled'.

Requesting Vouchers
For retailers all print and media advertising should be an extension of a shop window. Advertising should ensure that the customer purchases that product at your store rather than at the store of a competitor.

Mobile vouchers are the solution. By including a call to action on all advertising material, whereby a customer can text a single number to request a money off voucher for that product at the advertiser's store, a retailer can ensure that that advertisement has locked the user into purchasing that product at their store.

The voucher is only redeemable for that product in the advertisr's store. Redemtion rules can be implemented as required - for example the voucher can have an expiry date and/or can be limited to one per user.

By utilising unique ‘keywords’ retailers can track which of their advertisements have triggered customers to request vouchers.

With the information that is captured and by using CRM techniques, profiles of voucher users can be constructed for use in future marketing campaigns.

Direct Marketing
Mobile related marketing (if targeted correctly) generates extremely strong response rates. By using mobile vouchers (and utilising all the cost savings therein) retailers can interacdirectly with custmers driving them into own strores ratherthan those of a competitor.

The voucher can supply the customer with:

• Percentage Off 
• Bundle Deals


Anything that a normal voucher can do, mobile vouchers can do, but mobile vouchers are cheaper, more easily trackable (down to the individual) and are more likely to elicit a response from the customer.
